Chef David Keindel of Algonquin College paid a visit to St. Joseph's Hospitality and Tourism program on Monday, February 9, 2009.Chef Keindel dropped in to offer some of his expertise in the supervision of a large bakeshop operation involving the production of sugar cookies. The program, under the direction of Mrs. Linda Ainsworth, is one of several that is now located in the school's new instructional wing.
